Cyndi Hall is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. She’s passionate about helping people experience full, meaningful lives by finding clarity around their values, their goals, and their money.

Cyndi draws on a decade of comprehensive financial planning experience in both private practice and fintech as a lead advisor, planning manager, paraplanner and consultant.

After starting her career in banking, Cyndi joined LearnVest as a financial planner in 2014 and deeply aligned with their mission of making financial planning affordable and accessible to the masses. Within a few years, she attained her Certified Financial Planner™ designation and moved into a management role. After Learnvest was acquired by Northwestern Mutual, a Fortune 100 company, she led a team of financial planners as they trained a 6,000-person workforce on new enterprise-grade financial planning software.

Cyndi left Northwestern Mutual in 2019 to consult in the fintech space as a financial planning subject matter expert. Cyndi joined The Goodland Group in early 2020 and has been an integral part of the practice ever since. During that time, she learned Natalie’s unique financial planning process that helps her clients align their values with their finances. She also consulted for LearnLux, partnering with their product teams to build financial planning tools and content for their members. 

Currently, Cyndi is a lead advisor with The Goodland Group working one-on-one with clients.

As a financial planner, Cyndi desires to help her clients align their finances with their values. She starts by identifying what they value most in life, and then creates a plan that honors those values. She loves helping clients gain clarity around financial decision-making and behavior, find peace during a stressful transition, build confidence for their children’s future, and find contentment right where they are.

FINTECH CONSULTING:

As a consultant, Cyndi partners with growing tech firms passionate about driving innovation and education within the financial services industry. Experienced with working with product managers and senior leadership, she leans on her background to imagine new financial wellness solutions with a product-focused lens. Never satisfied with the status quo, she is constantly striving to improve a product's design and increase client engagement.
