We’re Hiring!
The Goodland Group is hiring a Financial Planning Associate to start in spring 2024!
the application period for this role has now closed.
Who You Are
You’ve been in financial services for a few years now, and you’re looking for a firm that feels like the place you want to stay long term.
You might be a career changer, or you might have started in financial services straight away after college. Either way, you’re looking to join a firm where you can do meaningful work AND have work life balance.
You want to work hard and focus during work hours, and you want to be present for your life outside of work, too. You value flexibility in your schedule and have the self-discipline and organizational skills to take the time you need for yourself and your family, and get your work done with excellence and on time.
Integrity is a non-negotiable for you, and you want to work for a firm where you can feel 100% confident that every recommendation is made because it’s the right thing for the client.
You value training and mentorship, and you’re looking to learn from the right people.
You love working with numbers but you are also an excellent communicator.
You enjoy working on a team and having colleagues you can collaborate with, but you are happy to spend most of your working hours working solo, and you enjoy working from home.
As your career progresses, you might see yourself continuing in a planning & operations role where you own the planning process, prep work and operations work to support Lead Planners as they serve clients. Or, you might see yourself becoming a Lead Planner working directly with clients and “owning” the client-facing experience from start to finish.
You’re looking to work for a fast growing firm where you can have a real impact on how we do business.
